Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the service center, including vehicle servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and spare parts coordination.
- Ensure a smooth workflow between service advisors, technicians, parts staff, and customers.
- Manage customer interactions including service bookings, follow-ups, complaints, and service delivery updates.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and coordinate procurement with suppliers or warehouse teams.
- Ensure service quality standards, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction targets are met.
- Train, guide, and evaluate service technicians and front-line service staff.
- Prepare and analyze service reports, revenue targets, and customer feedback.
- Maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Handle warranty claims and liaise with manufacturers or suppliers on technical support.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and profitability.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive service operations, preferably in a workshop or parts environment.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and parts management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of service management systems and inventory software (e.g., Dealer Management Systems – DMS).
- Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,300.00 per month
