Training Location before pre opening: Peaches & Cream, Lot L1.08 & L1.09, Level First Floor, The Grange @ Ampwalk, 218, Jln Ampang, Kampung Datuk Keramat, 50450 Kuala Lumpur.
Requirements
- Min 1 year experience in customer service and bar is preferred.
- Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- No specific education level required, open for Malaysian only.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu
Responsibility
- To be responsible for the daily smooth operation of the bar.
- To ensure upselling as per monthly target promo e.g.; happy hour upselling.
- To ensure the high quality and consistency of the beverages served.
- To ensure the cleanliness and hygienic practices in food and beverages handling.
- To ensure replenishment food/desserts at display chiller includes beverages etc.
- To clean coffee/beer/wine glass after being use by the guest.
- To maintain and to always keep clean bar counter.
- To ensure that the areas where the goods are kept clean at all time.
- To ensure all items inside the bar follow FIFO.
- To be responsible for the daily inventory.
- To cooperate and work in a team towards development, maintenance, and improvement of the quality management system.
- To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate.
- Aids in ensuring orderly Restaurant operations through strictly following service sequence and standards.
- Ensures to deal with customers and customer complaints in a diplomatic manner, and appropriately escalates such instances to the Floor Manager / Assistant Supervisor.
- Promotes good branding image of the unit through ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- Ensure the Restaurant is always kept clean. Check Restaurant furnishings for damages and promptly informs the Floor Manager of such damages to facilitate proper repair.
- Check the cleanliness of service equipment.
- Check tables and table set-up. Ensures fast turn around and cleaning of table when customers leave the restaurant.
- Keep the Floor Manager/ Assistant Supervisor of any issues related to service.
- Adheres to the company’s policy on grooming.
- Ensures to comply with all Health and Safety Standards as required and published by the management.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
