Job Overview:
As a member of the Service Crew, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest receives top-tier hospitality. Your role includes maintaining the highest standards of service, creating meaningful guest interactions, and supporting smooth front-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience
- Present menu items, provide recommendations, and answer questions professionally
- Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely service
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and escalate concerns when necessary
- Uphold company service standards, grooming policies, and hygiene practices
- Participate in team briefings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, energetic, and presentable demeanor
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- A genuine passion for guest service and hospitality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,760.00 per month
