We seek enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Service Crew members in our vibrant children's playground. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to families while ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for children and parents alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet visitors warmly and ensure they feel welcome. Address any inquiries and assist parents and children in navigating the playground.
- Safety Monitoring: Supervise children on the playground equipment to ensure they play safely and follow all rules. Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues immediately.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the playground area clean and tidy, including play equipment, seating areas, and restrooms. Assist with regular maintenance tasks as needed.
- Event Support: Assist with special events and birthday parties, supporting families and ensuring a memorable experience for children.
- Activity Facilitation: Organize and lead games or activities for children, encouraging engagement and social interaction.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle minor disputes among children and communicate with parents as necessary, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to create a positive and cohesive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school, diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, recreational facilities, or childcare is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of child safety and behavior principles.
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with children.
Working Conditions:
- Rotational shift including weekends and holidays.
