Responsibilities
Provide professional, warm, and engaging service to guests in the assigned F&B outlet
Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and make recommendations where appropriate
Ensure all orders are served promptly and correctly, meeting the hotel’s service standards
Set up tables according to the required setup and maintain cleanliness of the dining area at all times
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
Upsell food, beverage, and special promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue
Follow all hygiene, safety, and hotel policies including grooming standards and COVID-19 protocols
Qualifications
Minimum SPM or equivalent; a diploma in Hospitality or related field is an added advantage
At least 1 year of experience in F&B service, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment
Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus, allergens, and service techniques
Able to converse in English; additional languages are a plus
