1. Customer Interaction:
- Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns.
- Explain service options and maintenance needs clearly.
- Provide estimates on repair and maintenance work.
2. Service Coordination:
- Schedule appointments and assign work to technicians.
- Ensure the work is completed on time and to customer satisfaction.
- Update customers on repair progress and any additional service needs.
3. Technical Understanding:
- Interpret customer concerns and translate them into actionable service instructions.
- Understand basic vehicle systems to communicate effectively with both customers and mechanics.
4. Sales and Upselling:
- Recommend preventive maintenance and additional services.
- Promote service packages and warranties.
5. Administrative Duties:
- Prepare invoices and process payments.
- Maintain customer records and service histories.
- Handle warranty claims and insurance paperwork.
