Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth keyword analysis to uncover high-opportunity search terms.
- Optimize site content and structure, including meta tags, internal linking, and technical elements like schema and URL hygiene.
- Run comprehensive SEO audits to spot and fix performance bottlenecks.
- Support authority growth through backlink outreach and white-hat link-building initiatives.
- Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and similar tools to analyze user behavior and site performance.
- Stay ahead of evolving search engine algorithms and adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
- Work with writers and designers to ensure content aligns with SEO standards and brand voice.
- Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns, optimizing for budget efficiency and conversion rates.
- Maintain and enhance presence on Google Business Profile (formerly GMB).
- Coordinate paid media efforts across platforms including Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Contribute blog content, landing page copy, and SEO-driven website text as needed.
- Analyze competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs like organic traffic, rankings, and conversion funnels — and report findings clearly.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Digital Marketing, Mass Comm, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in SEO, SEM, or digital performance marketing.
- Strong command of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) and web analytics.
- Excellent written communication in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa — Mandarin fluency is essential to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Experience with CMS platforms, especially WordPress.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and basic to intermediate knowledge of GMB optimization.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
- A self-starter with a passion for digital trends and growth hacking.
