Job Description
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, XHS, YouTube and website.
- Manage all company social media accounts to ensure relevant, up-to-date content and emerging trends in social media.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Develop and manage social media content calendar and work in collaboration with internal and external teams including agencies and influencers to ensure content reflects and supports our key initiatives/campaigns.
- Create visual assets (e.g. photography, video) for social media.
- Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, and social media Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
- Analyse data and metrics to create weekly and monthly reports on web traffic, user engagement, and ROI.
- Stay informed about industry news and competitor activities.
- Engage with the online community by responding promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Maintain visual consistency across social media platforms in line with corporate identity guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Design or equivalent
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in the field
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Understanding of social media insights, paid advertising and SEO web traffic metrics/analytics
- Strong verbal and written communication in BM and English
- Experience with graphic design, photo & video editing, and publishing (Adobe and etc)
- Excellent analytical skills

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
