ROLE PURPOSE
Provide critical support to the Director to ensure smooth operations and functions of the department and organisation.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Administrative Support: Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and preparation of materials, ensuring smooth operations.
2. Information Handling: Handle confidential information and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
3. Communication and Coordination: Facilitate communication within the department, internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient interaction and seamless coordination.
4. Problem Solving: Address challenges effectively and provide resourceful solutions to ensure smooth operations.
5. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and stay updated on tools and technologies to improve productivity.
QUALIFICATIONS
Academic Qualifications:
Diploma in Office Management, Business Administration/Management, or related qualifications.
Experience:
Having secretarial, administrative/clerical with office coordination experience is preferred.
