POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility is to assist and provide support to Medical Director and also CEO of Hospital.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To provide the secretarial functions such as answering and making calls, handling enquiries, appointments arrangement and maintaining the filing system.
- To ensure the cleanliness and neatness of the CEO and other Board of Directors’ room inclusive of the Visitor’s Lobby and Lounge and also Board Meeting Room.
- To manage all the company’s licensing including the yearly APC renewal for doctors.
- To prepare relevant documentations such as agreement and office supplies for new Specialist.
- To act as Secretary in meeting and prepare an official minute of meeting.
- To be in-charge of handling and entertaining visitors at CEO’s office by complying to their needs.
- To take role as secretary / minute takers and prepare an official minute of meeting (if required)
- To assist HRM in daily activities and perform other duties that will be assigned from time to time.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
Diploma / Degree in Secretarial or equivalent
