Outdoor Sales Executive – Based in Selangor & Johor
We are assisting a well-established manufacturing company that specializes in producing a complete range of castor wheels for various industry sectors. They are currently looking for motivated Outdoor Sales Executives to expand their market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach new business prospects
- Conduct field visits and product presentations to potential clients
- Promote and explain product features and benefits
- Close sales deals and consistently meet sales targets
- Build and nurture strong client relationships for repeat business
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in sales, preferably in field or industrial sales
- Independent, self-driven, and target-oriented
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Preferably Chinese-speaking for specific market communication needs
- Willingness to travel regularly within assigned region
Openings Available: 2 positions
Areas Covered:
- 1 for Selangor region
- 1 for Johor region
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Compensation & Perks:
- Basic Salary: RM3,000 – RM6,000
- 2% commission on sales (after meeting target)
- Petrol, gas & toll claims (with receipts)
