We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor for Woodwork to join the team

Location: Kulai
What you'll be doing
- Supervise daily production, assign tasks, and ensure schedules are met.
- Monitor output to maintain efficiency, quality, and reduce defects.
- Enforce safety rules, conduct inspections, and maintain a safe workplace.
- Ensure products meet standards through regular checks and audits.
- Communicate with team and management to share updates and feedback.
- Train, guide, and motivate staff to build skills and accountability.
- Lead by example, promote teamwork, respect, and professionalism.
- Solve production issues quickly and make effective resource decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement and support process optimization.
What we're looking for
- Minimum STPM, Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing/production.
- Willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends, or evenings as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
