We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Sales/Outlet Manager to lead the operations of our luxury gold and jewelry boutique. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end retail, especially in the gold and fine jewelry industry, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing teams, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and visual merchandising.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Deliver a premium, personalized customer experience to VIP and walk-in clients.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of fine jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, and gold craftsmanship.
- Implement store strategies to drive foot traffic, customer retention, and brand loyalty.
- Train and develop sales staff in luxury sales techniques, product knowledge, and clienteling.
- Ensure the boutique meets brand standards in presentation, service, and cleanliness.
- Manage stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee ordering and replenishment.
- Handle high-value transactions and ensure proper documentation and security protocols.
- Report to upper management on sales performance, customer trends, and market insights.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury jewelry or gold business.
- Strong understanding of high-end sales and luxury client behavior.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and manage luxury clientele.
- Experience working with POS systems and inventory management software.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Fluent in English and Malay. Mandarin speaker is highly recommended

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
