Position: Sales & WhatsApp Executive (Work From Home)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp in a professional and friendly manner.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales (both online & offline).
- Provide product information, quotations, and follow-up with leads.
- Maintain customer records and update sales tracking sheets.
- Work closely with the sales & marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
- Work From Home (must have stable internet connection).
