What you will do in this role:
- Assist the sales team by preparing basic quotations and following up on customer inquiries under supervision.
- Process simple sales orders, ensuring documentation accuracy and proper record-keeping.
- Help track sales orders and liaise with the logistics team for timely deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, document preparation, and organizing team schedules.
- Monitor stock availability and report low stock levels to the sales team for replenishment.
- Assist in preparing routine reports on sales orders, deliveries, or customer inquiries for review.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address minor customer complaints or issues promptly.
