- Build and maintain strong customer relationships – Develop trust with workshops, industrial clients, and distributors to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets – Consistently meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue goals through proactive selling.
- Product knowledge & technical advice – Understand lubricant specifications, applications, and benefits to provide accurate recommendations.
- Market expansion – Identify and secure new customers, territories, or market segments to grow the business.
- After-sales service & problem resolution – Provide ongoing support, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in lubricant oil industrial, automotive services or car workshop.
- SPM and above
- Result oriented
