The Sales & Recruitment Admin provides essential coordination and administrative support across sales, recruitment, training, and compliance functions within the agency sales division. This role involves organizing nationwide sales events, managing agent recruitment and onboarding processes, supporting training logistics, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely communication between internal departments and field teams.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Events Coordination
•Assist in organizing nationwide sales events, activations, road shows, and exhibitions.
•Liaise with marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of sales tools and promotional materials.
•Prepare event kits, track inventory of marketing collaterals, and manage RSVPs and logistics.
•Maintain event calendars and assist in scheduling key sales/agency activities
Recruitment Administration
•Screen agents’ applications, documents vetting & new candidates’ applications approvals.
•Coordinate communication with newly onboard agents via designated communication channels.
•Maintain a database of agencies and recruitment activity logs.
•Assist with onboarding activities from induction schedules, documentation, and necessary sales kits.
Training & Development Support
•Coordinate training sessions, book venues or online platforms, and manage attendance.
•Prepare training materials, slides, and sign-in sheets.
•Track agency participations participation and gather feedback post-training.
•Maintain updated training records and certifications for agents and agency leaders.
Reporting & Documentation
•Consolidate weekly and monthly reports on recruitment progress and sales performance from agencies.
•Assist in preparing presentations and dashboards for internal reviews and management reporting.
•Maintain proper filing systems for all sales and recruitment-related documents.
Daily Sales Support to Field Sales Team
•Respond to agencies’ inquiries and assist with administrative tasks such as order processing, installation status, and promotional updates.
•Coordinate with CR, installation and operations teams to track installation and resolve issues.
•Distribute sales information updates, product information, pricing changes, and sales tools to agents and agency leaders.
•Monitor field feedback and escalate issues or suggestions to the Sales & Recruitment Lead for action.
Compliance & Policy Support
•Ensure all recruitment and sales processes comply with company policies.
•Support audits by preparing the necessary documentation.
•Maintain updated SOPs and policy briefs for easy reference to the agency team.
TO BE A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, with 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales support or recruitment administration.
-Required skills include strong organizational and time management abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and familiarity with CRM systems or recruitment platform
