Responsibilities
- Generate and develop sales to meet assigned monthly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Plan and execute promotions and trade marketing activities at outlets to achieve trade excellence.
- Service designated stores regularly; ensure product availability, negotiate shelf space and handle debts/collections where necessary.
- Identify and open new outlets; respond to sales enquiries and provide product training to retail staff.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; at least two years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or cosmetics industry.
- Strong management skills for key modern and general trade outlets.
- Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build long-term relationships with retail partners.
- Ability to speak Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of Chinese or other dialects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with sales force automation (SFA) tools and possession of own transport is a must.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
