Responsibilities:
1. Send reminder & follow up information from other dept.
2. System setting for Online E-Beauty & E-Health.
3. Update data setting in various portals (Pharmacy roster/instore E-Beauty & E-Health).
4. Compile non-trade request from beauty experts (BE)/health advisor (HA)/ pharmacist (Rx).
5. Compile info from all stores (ad-hoc request).
6. Prepare HQ non-trade item to allocate to new beauty expert (BE)/pharmacist store.
7. Updating non-trade SOH tracker.
8. Follow up with area manager (ASOM) on non-trade arrangements.
9. Courier documents/ parcels to stores.
10. Receive documents from stores/ retail beauty trainer (RBT) and segregate or filing accordingly.
11. Take training attendance.
12. Assist to facilitate training session.
13. Setup training venue.
14. Compile evaluation feedback.
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in fields related to Retail Management, Business Administration, or any field.
2. Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
3. Able to commit at least 3 to 6 months. Students in their last semester are encouraged to submit their applications.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
