Position Name : Sales & Operations Executive
Salary Range : RM 4,000 – RM 5,000
Location : Bukit Jalil, Next to pavilion 2
Working Hours : 9.00am – 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain relationships with stockists
· Plan and execute sales strategies to drive growth
· Coordinate product and inventory management
· Work with finance teams on payments and reconciliations
· Oversee order fulfilment and after-sales support
· Prepare sales reports and provide actionable insights
· Source, plan, and manage event logistics
· Manage the brand’s e-commerce platform (EasyStore)
· Upload and maintain accurate product listings
Requirements
· Passion for fashion and brand-building
· Strong organizational and coordination abilities
· Excellent communication and relationship management skills
· Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
· Experience with e-commerce platforms (EasyStore or Shopify preferred)
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
