Sales Operations Analyst I

Job Description

• Drive revenue & opportunity mapping into originating design location

• Translating inputs from regions for execution by coding master

• Work with Regional Sales Ops and Sales for revenue mapping process

• Analyse, document and implement business process, workflow and business system enhancements.

• Support various sales ops related ad hoc and Sales Project

• Good analytical skill which can help this team for report automation (eg: Power query)

• Good communication and engagement with Developers & Regional Sales Ops to align business goal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Degree in Business and Mathematics background is an added advantage

• Knowledge in Power BI

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft systems

• Strong analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills

• Effective collaboration and teaming skills

• Ability to handle multiple priorities

• Fluent in English (Excellent written and verbal communications skills)

• Problem solving skills and detail oriented

• Able to build/sustain relationships
