Salary: MYR 5,000 - MYR 7,000 per month
Location: Selangor & Pahang (Multiple Locations)
Core Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/F&B Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years sales/marketing experience (LPG industry preferred)
- Proven track record in business development and revenue growth
- Strong understanding of supply chain logistics
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales KPIs
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop account growth strategies
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
Team Leadership:
- Manage and motivate sales team
- Conduct performance reviews and training
- Foster collaborative team culture
Operations & Compliance:
- Coordinate with supply chain and finance teams
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Manage trade promotions and budgets
