Job Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain experience and preferably with supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient with freight tracking systems and productivity software
Job Descriptions:
- Monitor key metrics like shipment volumes, transit times, costs, claims, and customer satisfaction
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity across operations
- Schedule staff, manage labor resources, and maintain appropriate staffing levels
- Promote a team-oriented environment focused on safely and accurately moving customer shipments
- Address and resolve complex customer inquiries, discrepancies, or complaints
- Work closely with sales team to develop solutions that meet customer needs
- Oversee import/export activities including customs clearance, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Analyze transportation modes and routes to ensure most cost-effective and timely freight movement

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
