Position: Sales & Marketing Manager
Location: Damansara Intan, PJ
They are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts the company This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen our brand, support business growth, and increase market share within the architectural and construction industries.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Marketing Strategy Development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Define annual marketing goals and KPIs to support sales and business development.
2. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis specific to architectural products.
- Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs.
- Provide regular reports and insights to guide strategic decisions.
3. Brand Management & Product Marketing
- Build and manage a strong brand presence within the architecture and construction sectors.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Create compelling product positioning and messaging.
- Design and manage product literature, brochures, and marketing collaterals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for key stakeholders, including architects and specifiers.
4. Content Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Lead content development including blog articles, white papers, and case studies related to architectural design and building materials.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital (social media, SEO, PPC) and traditional (print, events) platforms.
- Plan and manage online and offline advertising campaigns.
5. Channel Marketing & Distribution Development
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry players—architects, engineers, contractors, and dealers.
- Implement channel marketing programs to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
- Provide tools, training, and support to channel partners to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.
6. Events & Industry Engagement
- Organize and manage participation in industry trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and workshops.
- Represent the brand at key networking events to enhance visibility and establish market presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the construction, architectural products, or building materials industry.
- Proven track record of developing successful sales and marketing strategies and managing end-to-end campaigns.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to read architectural drawings and diagrams is a definite advantage.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Good communication skills in English, BM and Mandarin.
- Possess own transport.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with architectural product specifications and trends.
- Experience working with channel partners and B2B clients.
- Creative thinking with a strong eye for design and branding.
Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM10K to RM11K
