Sales & Marketing Intern

Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting market research and gathering potential client information and industry trends.
Help plan and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and digital ads.
Generate leads through digital outreach methods such as social media, cold emails, or cold calls.
Support the sales team with proposal preparation, presentation materials, and client follow-ups.
Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and introduce relevant company solutions.
Participate in online product demos or client meetings and document feedback.
Contribute to content creation including case studies, blog posts, marketing emails, and testimonials.
Track and report campaign performance, customer responses, and sales pipeline updates.
Assist with various ad-hoc tasks for the sales and marketing departments.
✅ Requirements:
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
Strong interest in digital marketing, sales, and tech solutions.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandarin or Malay is a plus).
Familiarity with social media platforms posting such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok.
Able to be on hands with and online working tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, CRM, etc.).
Able to pick up AI content generator tools.
Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
A team player with the ability to work remotely and independently when needed.
