Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, managing client databases, and tracking leads.
- Support the design and execution of marketing campaigns, product series, newsletters, and promotional activities.
- Manage social media platforms by creating, scheduling, and engaging with content across channels.
- Update CRM systems, maintain sales records, and help generate performance reports.
- Help organize marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and support efforts to maintain client satisfaction.
- Contribute to video editing, landing page tasks, and design planning.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree student in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field (internship placement or fresh graduate welcome)
- Interest in gaining hands-on experience in both sales and marketing
- Basic knowledge of design or video editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express)
- Willing to learn CRM tools and basic sales reporting
- Able to multitask, follow instructions, and work independently when needed

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
