As a Sales & Marketing Executive specializing in the FMCG industry, you will play a crucial role in driving sales revenue and expanding market presence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Act as the key point of contact between the brand and offline retail stores
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to increase product presence and visibility
- Organize and conduct product training, sampling events, and promotions at store level
- Monitor retail performance, stock levels, and ensure proper product display and merchandising
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to drive sales at offline locations
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, branding materials, and content for in-store displays
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
- Assist in organizing and attending trade shows, pop-up events, and other offline brand activation initiatives
- Prepare weekly reports on store performance, sales trends, and campaign results
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – comfortable with retail engagement
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Willingness to travel locally to visit retail outlets and attend events
- Passion for beauty products and trends is a plus
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or social media campaigns is an advantage
