Sales Strategy & Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the sales team to exceed growth and revenue goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and manage key healthcare accounts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics
- Drive success in tenders and long-term procurement contracts
Account Management & Customer Relations
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, hospital decision-makers, and procurement teams
- Manage key account plans and customer engagement strategies
- Maintain high levels of customer service and long-term satisfaction
- Support the team in complex deals and product transitions
Marketing & Training Support
- Work with the marketing team on campaigns, CME events, and product launches
- Ensure the sales team provides effective product training and demos
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in medical device sales, including 2 years in a leadership role
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or Nursing
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
- Open to frequent travel for team and customer engagement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM11,000.00 per month
