Position: Sales Manager // Asst Sales Manager
Salary: RM4,500- RM5,000
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday ( 8.30AM - 5.00PM ) - Friday off
Location: Lot 8062, PM 73, Guntong Bandar Satelit Islam Pasir Tumboh, 16150 Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
Job Description:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive sales growth.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs to optimize the sales approach.
- Collaborate with management to set realistic and achievable sales targets.
- Support team members by providing hands-on assistance during sales operations.
- Ensure that the sales process is smooth and customer service standards are met.
- Oversee the day-to-day sales operations to ensure efficiency.
- Ensure all sales processes, including reporting and documentation, are followed correctly.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management
- Communicate sales targets, strategies, and updates to the team clearly and effectively.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
