Job Description
- To manage and supervise the selling floors’ operational issues (products sourcing, pricing strategy, creative display, promotional planning, manpower & staffing, and etc) for the Overall Softline Department to achieve the objective set.
- To be based at The Store, Sungai Petani (Central Square).
Job Requirement
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree with related retail experience & relevant product knowledge in Softline department.
- Former department executives / division heads / department heads / retail executive / retail supervisor / merchandiser from departmental store and fashion boutiques are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong skills of leading & supervising subordinates to work as a team to achieve the target results.
- Strong interpersonal skill to generate effective negotiation and dealings with suppliers.
- Wide exposures and good networking with the latest retailing market suppliers and trends.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
