Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Food Service sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the food service channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market coverage.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales plans.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews for team members.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of sales experience in the FMCG or food service industry, with team management exposure.
- Strong understanding of the food service channel and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Able to work independently, travel when required, and perform under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
