Duties & Responsibilities:
· To proactively manage and develop relationship with allocated portfolio of customer.
· To actively identify and implement strategies and tactics to increase revenue flows from the allocated portfolio.
· To actively identify and pursue new sale opportunities.
· Promoting the organization and products.
· Meeting planned sales goals.
· To track sales goals and to report on the results.
· Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
· Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
· Monitor customer and client satisfaction, and quality assurance, reporting any problems to management.
· Partner with senior manager to ensure quality customer service.
· Meet regularly with management to report and plan strategic plans for team objectives.
· Manage controllable expenses and supplies within approved budgets to achieve profitability targets.
· To participate actively in any other new services that is introduced by the company.
· Perform any others duties as and when required by the management.
Qualification:
· A diploma/degree holder in any discipline.
· Extensive experience in Sales will also be considered.
· Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English language are essential.
· Proficient and familiar with Microsoft office software.
· Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
· Experience in customer relationship management.
· Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitude to work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
