1. Sales Activities

Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including workshops, art camps, competitions and college events to generate awareness and recruitment opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the sales activities alignment with business goals.
Implement assigned sales initiatives, including school fairs, talks, roadshows, and events, to meet market penetration goals. This may include local and outstation travel.
Organize and host informational sessions about our programs and career pathways to increase awareness and enhance brand recognition among target audiences.
Handle college or school visits and deliver presentations in relevant of the College’s courses, career opportunities and other relevant information.
Coordinate and promote college events, including info days, extended counselling, campus tours and etc.
Coordinate and manage the printing of all promotional materials to ensure high-quality and timely production.

2. Market Research and Plan Development

Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate in formulating comprehensive sales plans aimed at achieving annual sales targets for both individual and group objectives.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop innovative content and departmental collateral that aligns with our strategies.

3. Support and Relationship and Building

Handle walk-in and online inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups to convert potential leads into enrolments.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with partners, such as agents and school counsellors to support collaborative student recruitment projects.
Work closely with internal and external parties, including academic heads, media companies, influencers etc, for any execution of sales activities.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
