Job Description:
- Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and agents.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and company objectives.
- Provide professional advice on property investment, financing, and legal requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market and competitors.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Prepare sales reports and update client databases.
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by the supervisor as required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree holder, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in property sales is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malay and English.
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when necessary, with off day on weekday.
- Willing to work on basic salary with sales commission basis
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Possess own transport and valid driving license.
- Basic computer skills (eg: Microsoft Office, email, social media).
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
