Position: Sales Exec - Retail Partner Acquisition Specialist ("AS")

Locations: KL, Selangor, Johor (Let us know your preferred location)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Scope:

• Partner Acquisition: Recruit retail stores/new partners to join the Buyer Self Collection (BSC) program, allowing them to offer parcel collection services to Shopee buyers.
• Targeted Outreach: Each AS will receive a list of key locations and must pitch the program to assigned stores. AS may also engage other eligible retail stores within a 250m radius.
• End-to-End Process: Handle everything from acquiring leads to contract signing.
• POSM Delivery: Provide Point of Sale Materials (POSM) to new partners.
• Onboarding & Training: Ensure seamless integration into the program.

Requirements:

• Education: SPM, Diploma, or Degree holders are welcome to apply.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Mobility: Must have own transportation – travelling within designated areas is required.
• Personality: We’re looking for someone outspoken, confident, and engaging.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
