The Sales Development Representative key essentials include:
- High volume calling and prospecting.
- Engaging with customers in a selling approach
- Endless curiosity in cyber security, cloud, and digital product markets
- Understanding that closing B2B deals starts with accurately qualifying the BANT + Use Case, Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline, Use Case.
- Wisdom to respect the importance of every phone call.
- Competence in learning and discussing Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, Internet of Things, Software as a Service, Enterprise Resource Planning and Cloud-based solutions.
- Researching information through client CRM, Sales Navigator, and Demand Base.
- Big picture thinking fueling perseverance through follow up calls, leaving voice mails, coordinating appointments, presenting metrics.
- Integrity of intel reported daily into CRM and of email correspondence sent on behalf of our client.
- Coordinating successful go to market services for business stakeholders
- Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
Job Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 1 year of sales experience in a high-volume environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 6-9 month of sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Excellent language proficiency in English
- 60-80 calls per day
- Prior cyber security and cloud sales and marketing experience
- Tools/Systems – Fluency with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, Web Conferencing tools) and experience using Salesforce, experience using prospecting tools (Zoominfo, Techtarget, Demand Base, Outreach etc.)
