What You’ll Do
Sales & Lead Generation
- Connect with potential clients using digital platforms and CRM tools.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right insurance solutions.
- Follow up on leads from campaigns, digital channels, and referrals to close sales.
Customer Service Excellence
- Support customers with policies, renewals, and claims.
- Guide clients through the renewal process smoothly.
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Ensure policy applications and changes are processed promptly.
Who Should Apply?
- No experience? No problem! Fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply—we’ll train you.
- Strong communication skills in English & Malay.
- Comfortable using digital tools in a tech-driven environment.
- Experience in sales or customer service (especially in insurance/finance) is a plus, but not required.

Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (WFH)
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: RM2,000 + Commission (1.1% of sales)
