- Promote and sell company products/services to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or social media in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide product/service information, quotations, and support to customers.
- Resolve complaints and issues effectively to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
- Guide customers through registration/purchase processes.
- Build strong long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in onboarding new customers and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads, prospects, and past customers to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM/records.
