We are a leading distributor of renowned and high-quality general laboratory and scientific equipment of the best brands known as Seal Analytical®, Environmental Express®, Daigger®, SCP Science® and Witeg® in Malaysia.

Our products support research and production across diverse end user markets including pharmaceutical, scientific research, industrial, semiconductor, and healthcare.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator with some capacity to support basic supply chain activities. This role is crucial for our trading company, which specializes in lab equipment, spare parts, and consumables. The ideal candidate will primarily ensure seamless sales operations and provide administrative assistance to our sales team, with a minor supporting role in logistics and inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination (Primary Focus)

Order and Documentation Management:

○ Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders accurately and promptly.

○ Verify order details, pricing, and terms with customers and the sales team to ensure accuracy.

○ Process customer purchase orders and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.

Customer Communication:

○ Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, product information, and status updates.

○ Coordinate with the sales team to address customer concerns and facilitate timely responses.

○ Assist in managing after-sales support documentation, including basic warranty and return processes.

Sales Team Support:

○ Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales presentations, and organizing sales collateral.

○ Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases and sales records diligently. ○ Generate routine sales reports and provide data as requested by the sales management.

Supply Chain Management (SCM) Support (Minimal Work)

Basic Logistics Assistance:

○ Assist in coordinating with internal teams or external couriers for local

deliveries related to sales orders.

○ Support the preparation of simple shipping documents (e.g., delivery notes, basic packing lists) for outgoing goods.

Inventory Record Keeping:

○ Assist in maintaining basic inventory records and report stock discrepancies as identified.

○ Help track the movement of goods, providing updates as needed.

Qualifications

● Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science (especially Chemistry or a related scientific discipline ), Supply Chain, or a related field. A strong background in Chemistry is highly preferred.

● Experience:

○ Proven experience (1-3 years) in a sales support or coordination role.

○ Any exposure to basic logistics or inventory tasks is a plus.

○ Experience within the lab equipment, spare parts, or consumables industry is an advantage.

● Skills:

○ Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

○ Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.

○ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

○ Familiarity with CRM systems is desirable.

○ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

○ Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
