Responsibility
Sales Coordination
- Assist in preparing and issuing quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction history.
- Follow up with customers on delivery schedules, payment status, and product availability.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and stock updates.
- Monitor daily sales activities and assist in compiling weekly or monthly sales reports.
Online Marketing Support
- Schedule and publish engaging content across various digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Assist in basic video editing or photo enhancement for product marketing.
- Conduct simple market research to understand customer trends and competitors' presence.
- Support e-commerce listing tasks such as updating product descriptions and visuals.
- Help design email newsletters, promotional flyers, and social media templates.
Administrative & General Duties
- Organize and maintain sales and marketing files, including artwork, proposals, and client databases.
- Assist in preparing materials for client meetings or internal presentations.
- Participate in training, brainstorming, and idea-generation sessions.
- Support marketing or sales events, trade fairs, or product demonstrations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma in any relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic skills in digital tools, design software (Photoshop, Publisher), and social media platforms.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
