Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and market the company's products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Identify and approach new business opportunities, including walk-in customers, dealers, and end users.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations based on customer inquiries.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including presentations, negotiations, and closing of sales.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collection and resolve any related issues.
- Collaborate with the Product Division to obtain accurate product information, pricing, technical support, and quotation procedures.
- Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Support the execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Perform other duties and assignments as delegated by management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
- Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
