- Greet customers warmly, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed information about products, services, and ongoing promotions.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and drive sales to meet individual and team targets.
- Ensure merchandise is well-organized and attractively displayed to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Support inventory processes by receiving, organizing, and restocking merchandise, while promptly reporting any stock discrepancies.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, credit card payments, and returns, in compliance with store policies.
- Collect and relay customer feedback and product insights to help enhance offerings and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Assist in minimizing loss by adhering to established security and loss prevention procedures.
