We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Sales & Administration Executive to support our business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Support
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins professionally.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Follow up with clients on orders, payments, and after-sales support.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business opportunities.
Administration
- Maintain and update customer database and filing systems.
- Manage office documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Assist in coordinating delivery schedules with the logistics team.
- Support marketing and promotional activities when needed.
General
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm (Saturday once or twice a month*)
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,600 (depending on experience) + allowances & incentives
