We are an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) consultation company committed to guiding businesses toward sustainable, responsible growth. We seek a dynamic individual who can drive sales performance while ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales (60%):
- Generate and qualify leads within target industries (corporates, SMEs)
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage CRM records and track all sales activities
Administration (40%):
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales records
- Prepare contracts, invoices, and internal reports
- Coordinate events, meetings, and training sessions
- Provide administrative support to consultants and management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, admin, or a hybrid role (consulting/professional services preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM software; familiarity with ESG is a plus
- Target-driven, organized, and passionate about sustainability
