JOB SCOPE
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and dealing with emergencies such as calling the ambulance. You are also required to send a condolence stand to the funeral if needed.
- Participate in the management of the staff including delegation of work (arranging duty rosters), handle the staffs’ hostel such as check bills from the owner and remind the boss to pay rent and bills.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record-keeping, update employee personal information in employee files.
- Planning HR initiatives that will encourage more efficient work from employees such as organizing events for the center residents and staff regularly, including festival celebrations and annual events.
- Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees. Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) and the employee handbook current.
- Organize a monthly meeting with the management and operation team, attend, create minutes and conduct follow-ups.
- Perform front desk, attending customer inquiry, prepare quotation, invoice, and receipts, basic bookkeeping, payment chasing and updating sales record timely into company database.
- Manage the food for the residents such as order catering on weekdays and food delivery on weekends).
- Manage company social media pages and online enquiry regularly.
- Initiate, coordinate and close home care services of hospital sitters, stay-in caregivers, etc.
- Liaise with vendor, supplier, and contractor for respective tasks, purchasing of medical disposable and grocery for nursing homes and for the usage of company including food, houseware, electrical appliances, etc.
- Arrange and update outstanding payment for all suppliers of nursing homes.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
