Job Description
Responsibilities:
✅ Make cold calls & introduce our products to factories/warehouses
✅ Handle sales inquiries (phone, WhatsApp, email)
✅ Prepare quotations & follow up with clients
✅ Support sales team in closing deals
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails from prospects and existing customers
- Handle all kinds of enquiry from customer. ( Exp : Service request, Product request, Quotation request,Invoice , Delivery order and so on)
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- And ad hoc task as assigned by superior
- Coordinate between customer and operation
- Responding to client inquiries regarding credit terms, products, pricing and availability.
- Develop new potential customers and business opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Required language(s): 中文, English, Bahasa Melayu
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Communication
- Positive, self motivated & demonstrated abilities in working both independently and as a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
