This position is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to after-sales service. The role involves developing sales strategies, handling online sales, consulting with clients on IT solutions, and achieving sales targets while building strong customer relationships.
You will play an important role to:
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and after-sales service.
- Handle online sales through social media and company websites.
- Develop sales strategies, set targets, and identify new opportunities.
- Consult with IT developers and management to align product offerings.
- Assess clients’ IT needs, deliver product presentations, and recommend solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service renewals.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain strong client relationships.
- Track sales performance and analyze market trends to stay competitive.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.
- 1 to 3 years of related work experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Passion and responsibility.
- Ability to explain and demonstrate IT product specifications and functionalities.
Salary range: MYR 2,500 - MYR 4,000 + Commission
