Job Overview
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that goes directly to the public — through roadshows, events, and business-to-business (B2B) outreach — to promote and generate support for our client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote client products or campaigns directly to customers in person
- Deliver engaging product presentations and answer customer questions
- Work in team-based outdoor locations such as events, booths, or public spaces
- Hit daily and weekly sales performance goals
- Report campaign feedback to your team leader
Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen or permanent resident
- Aged 18 and above
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and speaking to strangers
- Positive attitude, willing to learn
- No prior experience required — full training provided
