· The room attendant cleans and supplies all assigned guest rooms according to
standards established by HOTEL
· Removes all room service trays and service equipment to the pantry for collection by
room service waiters.
· Makes up bed any linen that is stained or torn should be tied in a knot and sent to the
Linen Room separately.
· Brings down soiled linen from each section with properly completed count sheet to the
Linen Pantry and submits count sheet to the Team Leader.
· Reports defects and repairs in terms of décor, equipment fixtures and fittings to the
Team Leader in his/her area of responsibilities.
· Reports to the Supervisor of unusual behavior.
· Ensure proper usage and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
· To assist Supervisor to check defect whenever assistance required.
· Offer all possible assistance to guest.
· Clean and supply guest rooms according to procedure
· Keep trolley neat and adequately supplied.
· Maintain all equipment in good working condition.
· Keep linen closet neat and in good order

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
