- On-site installation (including outstation trips to Ipoh and Melaka), repair, maintenance and testing, installation of software for printers and scanners (RFID system).
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions and prepare service reports..
- Make appropriate recommendations and briefings.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Assist in preparing quotations.
Requirements:
- Must have experience with servicing printers/copiers machines, or have experience in Library/Bar Code System.
- Minimum Diploma in Electronic / Mechatronic / relevant.
- Must be able to communicate in simple English.
- Having valid driving license and own transport (car). Willing to travel to clients' site (daily).
- Preferably male candidates aged below 36 years old due to nature of work to be handle.
Basic pay+ transport allowance + standby allowance
Outstation trips : Mileage claim + Meal allowance (2 - 3 days per month)
Medical coverage for spouse and children upon confirmation
Annual leaves up to 20 days depending on years of service.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
